Christmas and New Year greetings are an opportunity to thank the people you have worked with throughout the year. A personal message, paper that feels good to hold or a delicate cut-out design can give that thank-you its own character. At Kanovits Print Atelier, we create corporate greeting cards in your brand’s style, from the first idea through to production.
Greeting cards that reflect your brand
A corporate greeting card can draw on your brand colours, products or story. Even a Christmas card with a company logo can feel personal when its design reflects something distinctive about your business. This connection helps create a greeting that naturally belongs to your brand.
On the greeting card for Pernod Ricard Slovakia, for example, bottle silhouettes form a snowflake. The festive symbol connects directly to the brand. The cut-out details give the design depth and allow the texture of the paper to stand out.

Paper is part of the design
Paper shapes both the appearance of a card and how it feels in your hands. A subtle texture, a pearlescent finish or a dark stock can change the character of the whole greeting. That is why we choose the paper together with the graphics and finishing techniques.
With a restrained design, the material itself and one carefully crafted detail can take centre stage. A more expressive motif needs paper that keeps the colours and text clear. We also consider the fold, format and envelope so that the card works equally well when handed over in person or sent by post.
Gloss and metallic effects
Gold or silver printing can highlight a logo, a small ornament or part of the greeting. Spot varnishing adds gloss only to selected areas. With 3D UV varnishing, a detail can also be raised and tactile.
On the navy blue greeting card for Erste Private Banking, glossy trees create a pattern that changes with the light. The text remains the main message, while the surface reveals another detail on closer inspection.

Cut-out designs and fine details
Laser cutting allows us to create fine openings, unusual shapes and motifs that reveal the inside of the card. Engraving can add further detail to the surface of the material. These options open up creative possibilities from the very start of the design process.
A good result brings design and production together. With intricate cut-outs, we need to consider the strength of the paper, the small connecting sections and how the card will look when opened. We will help you choose an approach that is both striking and practical.

SuperColour expands the possibilities for brand colours
At Kanovits Print Atelier, we also use SuperColour technology on the FUJIFILM Revoria Press PC2120 digital press. Its extended colour gamut allows for more vibrant shades beyond the capabilities of standard four-colour printing.
For corporate Christmas and New Year cards, this gives us more scope when working with a distinctive brand colour, an illustration or a photograph. Speciality toners also enable white printing on dark materials and gold or silver accents. We choose the right combination for the design and paper. When a particular brand colour matters, we recommend a print proof so you can assess the actual shade on the chosen material.
Metallic toner creates a gold or silver colour effect; spot varnish highlights the surface with gloss and, where appropriate, a tactile layer. We therefore choose the finishing technique according to the effect you want to achieve. Often, one well-chosen detail is enough.
From your first idea to finished greeting cards
You do not need a finished design or to know which paper or finish to choose. We can start with your idea: whom you want to thank, what impression the greeting should make and when you need it. If you already have artwork, we will explore the finishing options. If you are still looking for a concept, we will create a design.
During preparation, we agree on the quantity, budget and deadline. We recommend suitable materials and finishes and take care of production once the artwork is approved. You can arrange the design, printing and finishing of your bespoke business greeting cards in one place.
It pays to start preparing early
Choosing materials, designing the card, approving the artwork and producing it all take time. You should also allow time for signatures, packing or mailing. If you want to give Christmas cards to your business partners before the holidays, get in touch while there is still time to explore the options and fine-tune the details.
Production times depend on the quantity, chosen finishes and current capacity. We will agree on a specific schedule for your order.
